So, this new challenge brings back some good old upper body strength. But it's scalable enough to make sure everybody can join in.

The "extra credit +" can be done by putting your hands on the backs of two chairs, for example. But if you can find two pieces of furniture of the same height, that can work pretty well too.

You have almost one week to practice, and share your results in this very thread.

If you're relatively new to Darebee and wondering what this is all about and how it works, go no further than our FAQ.

If you still have questions, feel free to ask them below.

And of course, don't hesitate to join in, and/or tag anyone who could be interested!

Just do your best and remember - it's about doing it, more than how well you do!

These back-to-back weekly challenges are motivating. They provide opportunities for testing myself in ways I would have not done without. Count me IN!

This... I'm in, raw upper body strength, little balancing needed.

I'm maybe ,,in,,...😎.... I am afraid I will overdo and then have a muscle fever so this is a question.....
              is it worth it? 🤔

If you warm up properly and do a single set to failure, I honestly don't think there's much of a risk.
And if you practice beforehand, make sure you get some proper rest between sessions. It's a good opportunity to get better!

Guys, if some of you are unsure about which variant to pick (basic, extra credit or extra credit +), I made a little video to show them as clearly as possible.

                  Here it is:

I assume ring dips will count, too.

A good chance to start 'em again...

You're assuming right, even though those are really pretty hard.

I won't participate this time, too risky for my elbow. Good luck to the rest!

This sounds interesting - I guess I will be participating!! Going for the basic tricep dips or maybe the extra credit, if I feel up to it. Good luck everyone!
