              Thinking about jumping in but I wanted to clarify for my brain real fast. Is the counter on the first page the number of repetitions each week or is it a cumulative thing?

                        Highway to Hell workout - Jump Squats - 8 in 20 sec per exercise x 2 per set x 3 sets = 48 total.

                          Week 2 120/112 DONE. A lot of my workouts for the week had squats in them already. Made this easy! it won't be easy for long!

                            Week 1 done. My normal workouts currently cover the spread so the first few weeks should be easy.

                              Working the sets of 100 has been nice this week. It's a good number.
                              Done as deep squats, hindus and some step ups.
                              More step ups for next week I think.
