    Thanks Io6! Sumo squats look fun! I had a bit of fun trying out high squats this week, I'll try some sumo squats next time!:

    So, Week 1: 84 squats (56 normal squats, 30 high squats = 86)


    What do you guys do with additional squats you do in a given week? Count them for the next week, or just leave them as extra stuff done? (Probably less of a thing in the later weeks, but pretty easy to reach in the beginning I think ^^)

      Belerith congrats on finishing the first week! I count my additional squats for the next week to catch up.

        Belerith I count the squats to be done during the week as the minimum number, the ones I do more I consider them an extra

          Going to take a leaf out of Fremen 's book and not count any squats I do over the rest of the weekend.
