    Great job on all these squats everyone! This is a message of intent so to speak - I'm thinking I want to join you guys' patrols starting next week!

    So far I've only done regular Squats, but I want to use this chance to branch out and get more familiar with all kinds of squats, eventually getting to the more difficult variations too. If any of you have any tips on progression, like order/ speed/ supplementary stuff that helps (workouts? stretches? I have no idea! ), they'd be very welcome!

    Looking forward to working with you all, let's ensure this area's safety together!

                            20 squats with 20kg barbell
                            20 regular squats
                            20 squats with 20kg barbell
                            20 regular squats
                            20 squats with 20kg barbell
                            20 regular squats
                            5 overhead squats with 20kg barbell
                            15 regular squats

                            Total of 140 squats

                                Not sure if anyone answered, but starting with squats, lunges and glute bridges is great Belerith .
                                Have fun with squat variations like sumo and squat holds. If you have your technique down, have a go at jump squats and lunges.
                                Others will be better at clear progression recommendations.
