            week 16 / 504 DONE. I will take today off and start on Week 17 tomorrow.

            I like Reg squats, Sumo/Ballet (are those the same?), and pulsing.

            I was reading the Darebee article about alternatives to running yesterday and it names squatting in sets of 50+ as an endurance activity and alternative to running.

              It is an interesting article, not running I did not attend the running section of darebee very much, I would say that sums up well why I am using the Hindu squats in the squat patrol they are fast, they use both arms and legs, they need coordination and they quickly raise the temperature

                                31 into week 19.

                                Was told I need to work lifting numbers for my deep squats so these and the hindus will be bread and butter for a bit.
