                5th April: 165 hindu squats, 70 weighted (15kg) squats

                I'm in deep squat accounting confusion...my squat count says I've done 2866- which seems about right, but the last 2 posts here seem to say I need to do 190/ 198 JIC.
                I'm not great at writing all my reps in my log in Darebee ...it's a bit boring.
