    Week 24 completed with 123 uneven squat, 429 close squat, 70 single leg squat and 56 pistol squat.

      Week 25 finished with 80 uneven squats, 461 close squats, 50 single leg squats and 64 pistol squats.

        I finished week 26 with 70 uneven squats, 364 close squats, 113 single leg squats and 160 pistol squats.

          Week 27 is over with 648 close squats, 60 single leg and 56 pistol squats.

              Well, week 28 completed with 696 close squats and 94 pistol squats

                Week 29 completed with 559 close squats, 90 single leg squats, 90 pistol squats and... 90 One-leg squats!


                It took me forever to crank out One-leg squats, but after 10 months of training I made it. Every single day was worth it!


                I'll keep going with The Squat Patrol at my pace, I want to finish all the remaining weeks.
