    Hello! Welcome to The Squat Patrol. A companion group to The Pushers, but over here, we squat, please join!

    Rules
    • Squats are done, by each and everyone, in total for the week.
    • You could do a certain number of squats per day or all in one go-- it's up to you!
    • All types/ variants of squats are accepted (lost for ideas? here's a few), as long as you stay true to the weekly reps.

    Hey Bees!

    noname gave me the blessing to create this group. I decided to go double the reps for Pushers, to make it simple, and to give a better challenge for those large muscles of our bottom half #lowerbodylove I did notice that a lot of DareBee challenges and workouts have a 3:1 ratio of squats:pushups. So, I may change this in the future. Depending on your feedback.

    I'm going to jump in the middle so that I'm on the same week as I am for Pushers. But that's me. Start where you like.

    Hope this compliments your other activities well and enjoy! Let's see how this goes.

                    With 1100 Squats already done this year (I count Lunges and Split Squats as half a rep) I am at :

                    week 6 with 124 reps still to go

                    I will see how long I will follow that journey...

                        First of all, trishablue - Well done on starting this project.

                        The 2 exercises where i suck, in all possible ways, are the Shrimp Squats and the Pistol Squats. So, the primary aim behind joining this thread is to improve on those 2 badasses and make myself really really good at it. I am a firm believer of There is no shortcut to success but Hardwork and practice.

                        Week 1

                        30 Regular Squats
                        20 Shrimp Squats
                        34 Pistol Squats
