    At Home Physical Education

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm Mr. Quesada a Physical Education Instructor for an elementary school, personal trainer, and coach. I have used Darebee for my own workouts, clients, and sometimes use the exercises for my P.E. program. Now with this new at home thing going on all over the world because of this Corona Virus... I still want to be able to reach out to not just my students, but the community and the youth all over the world to show them that you can keep fit even at home. Keeping ourselves physically fit is an easy way to stay healthy to help fight off diseases, getting sick, etc. All we need is 30 min a day of physical activity and that includes running or playing outside if you have the change to. I just want to hear from everyone about specific programs or workouts through Darebee that you have used for your young athletes, students, or even your own children as I have kids of my own too. Feel free to add links to videos, post pictures of posters with steps, or whatever you think would benefit for supporting a fitness catering and tailoring towards the youth. Together we can tackle this and help build a healthier community/society!

    My own children are too small to partake in fitness activities, but I imagine a lot of the workouts can be tailored to children. Also the level 1 programs would probably work pretty well for a lot of people, children included.

      Well, I am a student actually, and I found this because of my PE teacher. Some of the things that we use would be one exercise every class, and you could use any exercise. However, we are not allowed to do anything past level 3, which is pretty smart. So yeah, I think anything from level 1 to 3 would be helpful.
