    30 Day Challenges

    Beginner to intermediate level 30 Day Challenges. I am committed to choosing 1-3 30 day challenges (more if you want) to become more active! If you'd like to cheer me on, and have others here to cheer you on. Join the group!

    Currently my choices that started on January 6th are Core Control; Power Grip and water challenge. I had to modify my choices as I hurt my neck/arm/shoulder and I am still healing. My healing process may take up to 3 months. Either way, I am committed to follow through with my change for the healthier, more fit version of me!

      Bustyb that's a good idea. I'm currently doing 4 different challenges, though I did not start them all on the same day.

        Sorry to hear about your injury, but everything else sound good! Welcome!

        Those are definitely healthy choices, and for me Water will be a real challenge.

          kandy more water intake, more bathroom breaks. Opportunity to get a few squats in or whatever your challenge is!!!

            Shikari how do you post your badges? I put a check mark on the day once I completed it, but when I log back in, it's not saved?

              Go to your profile, then click edit your profile, make the changes, then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and save. It works for me.
