    Rules
    50 burpees a day for 60 days. The challenge can be repeated as many times as you like.
    Post your time to keep us up to date on your progress.
    Any variation of the burpee is allowed.

      Kakarot, first day attempt for god ki: went well. I did only ten at a time, but since tomorrow is my lower body makeup day, I'll try much harder tomorrow.

        50 Burpee Push Ups in 6 minutes 13 seconds & 17 milliseconds

        I did it in sets but it was not structured, sets of 25, 15, 10. Being asthmatic was a hindrance but I pushed and it got done. I also did a 5 minute jump rope workout before the burpees.

        My goals is to do 50 burpee push ups in 3.30 minutes or less then I can progress. IWillGoSuperSaiyan do you have a goal?

          My goal is to mostly be able to do 50 Burpees in one go. then eventually I'll want to see how quickly I'll be able to do them.

            Day 2
            Planned to do sets of 10 but ended up doing amrap but my time was good 6 minutes 6 seconds 57 milliseconds

              So, today was my day of testing how quickly I could do 50 Basic Burpees, and I got 3 Minutes, 18 seconds, and 79 Milliseconds. I think that is a decent time. I was able to do about 20 before needing to rest for a moment. so right now my limit for how many Basic Burpees in one go is 20. maybe by the end of this I'll be able to do 50.

                So I'm not sure it's related but I've a bit of pain in my lower left lumbar region. I'll take it easy and keep an eye on it. I really hope it's just a niggle and not a strain.

                  Day 3
                  I had to do my burpees in the house today as I had to look after the dog when we had a housing executive boy fix our leaking water heater. I got them done but my eczema is reacting to the sweat and cream I put on and it feels like my arms are on fire.

                    So today I went and did 50 burpee push ups after my dinner, no rest to let it digest, big mistake but my time was 5 minutes 30 something seconds 04 milliseconds .

                      Wow, your improving quickly, and those are burpee push-ups. I did mine today, but I did not time it. I will be timing it Thursday.

                        I am thinking of moving my burpee workout to the morning just because then it's done and I can try and focus on other things.

                        IWillGoSuperSaiyan thanks. I don't know if that is the correct time as I lost count and may possibly skipped 2 reps.

                        I won't be doing the burpees first thing as it is not practical for a lazy man such as me. Got to work on getting up earlier.

                          Well, Kakarot 5 Minutes and 30 for push-ups burpees is good, I don't think I would have done that good.

                            So I didn't do my burpees today because I have Youth Section tonight and only one shirt (the 1 I'm wearing) so couldn't get it sweaty. Will do 2 rounds tomorrow. Then on Sunday I will be unable to do any as it is remembrance Sunday and am marching with the Royal British Legion.

                              So it is 11.42am and I just did 50 down ups as I have the electrician coming so don't wan't to be sweaty and puffed out. I'll do 50 burpees later tonight.
