    Beat Saber as exercise?

    This will probably sound like an odd question.

    Back when I was in my 20s, I used to play DDR as a way to exercise. Nowadays, I sometimes check on YouTube videos of players getting their arms going to 'Beat Saber'. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, it's a VR game where you hold a pair of sabers and have to time your slashes to the beat of the music as cubes with directions and colors (the latter corresponding to the colors of your sabers) to score points.

    Anyways, I was wondering if people have tried such an unconventional exercise method, and if it showed some results.

    I sometimes use it as a warm up
