          Tesla's Coil day 7/6 + Power 25 + Lightning Strike . All punches in Full Circuit 6 and Lightning Strike were on the punching bag. I also increased the reps in Power 25 (triceps extensions -> 12, upright rows -> 10).

                                I was invited to check this thread out previously, but I haven't had the chance.

                                Question:
                                Are the *punches/kicks/other exercises from any individual
                                - posting a total of their current day's *punches/kicks/other exercises of any DAREBEE workouts/program/challenges they are currently doing to this thread as a countdown from their 10,000 total
                                - or is the countdown posted here supposed to extra *punches/kicks/other exercises that have been specifically made towards fighting cancer?

                                Sorry if the question is difficult.
                                My initial thought is that all my punches and kicks towards fighting cancer that I post here would be *Extra punching and kicking other that the workouts/program/challenges I am currently doing.

                                I see other BEE'z post are have varying differences and are not just punches and kicks.
                                I know things don't have to be exact here on DAREBEE, I'm just looking for a generalization interpretation of this thread so I can begin demolishing, destroying, decimating cancer!!!
