    RAMPAGE 3 sets = 470 strikes ,15 p.u.

    FIRE PUNCH 7 sets = 3500 👊🏻👊🏻, 280 side-to-side kicks
    ( did kicks instead of squats )👊🏻🦵🏼

    SUPER SAIYAN CHALLENGE 600 punches, 140 p.u.

    and finally I fell to THE PITS to visit
    Fremen and to keep on digging 😁

    I picked upper body strikes = total = 3620

      30 crunch kicks, 240 punches and 120 flutter kicks from the Zero Hero program...
      Not exactly all of them combat moves, but, kicks anyway

                          Good evening, everybody. A pint low, but back and better than ever!

                          Yesterday morning: 160 side kicks, 60 knife hands and 60 side to side chops.

                          Today, Lines of Fire + 3,225 punches and kicks (350 weighted). 816 weight lifting reps. 310 pushups (w/ 30 forward glider push ups, 30 grip change, see Push Up Master, 20 and 21).
