            Thanks Fremen , DorothyMH , everyone! I'm hoping to be able to complete 2016 Foundation Lite by the end of February. Whoo-hoo!

            Total today: 3,000 -- back fists, kicks, knife hands, side to side chops, jab/jab/cross, overhead punches, knee strikes. Good work out. 😓

                +376 side kicks
                +1,920 punches
                +403 push ups

                  55 punches from the Daily Dare so far. There'll be more, but only cautiously, because my temperature is a bit higher than it should be.

                      Ehh, too late, 280 more punches from me. Along with 280 side kicks and 280 knife strikes. This was probably a bad idea. But maybe I'll get so tired that I have to stay in bed, and then I'll be forced to deal with the more boring parts of studying like reading professional articles and cramming vocabulary.
