    Keyforge Workout

    Here is a workout that I am developing. I am looking for ways to optimize and improve it, so any suggestions are welcome. My wife suggested I call it the "Keyforge" workout, just because I love the card game. No other reason.

    I suggest you do the deadlifts (depending on the kind) and reverse lunges earlier in the workouts. Multi-joint movements/exercises should be performed first.
    Do triceps extensions later in the workout. Smaller muscles later in the workout.

      The way I wrote it wasn't clear, but everything should be a circuit, and the entire circuit repeating 3-5 times. The idea was to do an upper body, followed by a lower body, to increase the heart rate and get an aerobic benefit with resistance training, while also preventing adaptation (plateau effect).
