So whenever I try to start up my Darebee routine my dog immediately runs over to jump/nip/circle me because I am obviously playing and of course she wants in.
I have tried playing with her beforehand, afterwards, during rests, etc. But she is not satisfied. She sees me kicking, squatting, lunging and doesn't get how she can participate. By my third set I get an angry "chuff" followed by a disappointed stare.
Has anyone found or tried to invent a workout they can do with their dog, like actively using pull toys or rope or something?
I have tried using her to counterweight me on single leg moves - she slowly pulls her tug rope while I grip the other end and lean forward on one leg, trying to balance - so I bet she'd be down to try out combo moves if I could come up with some.
Any ideas? (Besides jogging - we got that covered)
