    Dinomaniak. I'm unclear as to what you mean "keep track of the days". I guess you mean something like "Day 3" . Ok. I will do so. I lost track of the days so I will start again. This is the last time, I promise. 😕

      Hey ! by "keep track of the days" I mean, what I do : 31 ( 33 ) / 36 - days on time ( days on time + days recovered ) / total days since you started .
      I think you can just call it 8 / 8 ^^ .

        Day complete ! 32 ( 34 ) / 37 . Pups : 50 + 50 , Abs : 30 + 20 + 20 + 10 + 20 . Hands still shaking after the push-ups.
        On I.F. as usual, went 18.5 hours without eating today. Strange thing is, when I ate, I left 3 med-sized pieces of meat in the soup. It's not that I don't need protein, I am building muscle after all, it's just that I didn't feel like I wanted to eat them. Still 2h 25min in my eating window, will eat those bad boys later.
        I need to start my exercise earlier in the morning, so I can do more exercises daily. Tomorrow - will try to do them as soon as I wake up.

          Day complete ! 33 ( 35 ) / 38 - decided to do it early in the morning. Still 2 hours left in my fasting window. Might do a recoup later today.

            Dinomaniak sorry I had youth section last night (Wednesday) so I'll have to recover it on Friday. I also need to either start earlier in the day so I can fit more exercise in per day as I am trying to lose weight.
            Are you not taking part in "battleground"?

              Thursday day 28 of 29.
              2 sets of 20 & 6 sets of 10 push ups.
              1 set of 100 Russian twist.

              Now I am waiting to do my business administration course.
              I'll try to do the recovery of yesterday later tonight.

                  After 2 hours of bboy practice, I'm absolutely beat, but I recovered another day ! Yay. Also on Intermittent Fasting, just 16 + 8 today.
                  So we're standing at : 34 ( 37 ) / 39 .
                  Now, to try and move to the other room...
                  Edit : what is this "battleground" thing I hear of ?

                    Hi peeps,
                    just starting a workout routine and thought I would join you just one slight problem I have done no real exercises for near 5 years so I thought I would see if I could do 100 push ups /sit ups. Alas I failed to complete 100 of each and only made it to 50 of each. So will be doing “The 50 challenge” and was wondering if I could still join your club as once I’ve completed 50 days I will start on The 100 challenge.

                      Hi Sorin , please join in ! 50 is fine, especially if you haven't done sports in 5 years. But once you've set the amount and started, less than 50 doesn't count
                      Alternatively, when you feel ready, you can always upgrade to 50 in the morning, and 50 in the afternoon.

                      Huzzah! even if you missed a day or a week, please keep track and return when you feel like it . In my first 10 days, I missed 3 of them, and I'm still catching up, so don't worry about it ! the worst that can happen is that we'll motivate you to do more than you would if you weren't around . Really looking forward to have you with us !

                      Kakarot Battlegrounds ? I've been thinking of moving to 200 reps / day , 100 in the morning ( right after waking up ) and 100 in the afternoon / eve , or adding 100 reverse crunches to my abs & regular crunches. When are you moving from russian twists to regular crunches ? Other than that, big up for an amazing record !!!

                          Dinomaniak I might stick to Russian twists as when I did the sit ups I got a migraine, but will try crunches tonight.
                          I'm not sure how to explain battleground as it is my first time doing it, but it is linked on the main page.

                            Day 30 + recovery
                            10 sets of 20 push ups on my knees.
                            10 sets of 20 crunches.

                            I am now up to date. That's 3000 push ups.
                            Now for food 🍚

                              2 hours of dance, I can't believe I still danced today... aaaaand I recovered another day ! I actually did more than 200 and could've kept going but didn't keep track over 200.
                              On Intermittent Fasting, just 16 + 8 today as well.
                              I did 70 continuing push-ups again ! life is great .

                              Kakarot you've hit the 3k, nice !!! thinking about when we're gonna hit the 10k
