    Day 15/16 = 7 sets of 10 push ups, 3 sets of 10 one arm knee push ups & 3 sets of 20 + 1 set of 40 around the body with a 20.1kg kettlebell.
    My arms are dead, my biceps were blown up to the point it hurt to bend the elbow, but damn did it make me feel great!

      Dinomaniak Hi. I am working on starting a consistent exercise routine, but I need to start slow and gradually increase the difficulty if I am to stay with it. I think that your idea is great. Not too challenging, and adaptable. I did 100 crunches yesterday and 100 today. No pushups, though.

        Day complete ! standing at - 21 / 26 - strongly considering to start the recovery on the 5 days I lost.
        Pups : 45 + 55 , Sups : 30 + 30 + 20 + 20 . Massive muscular pain in lower back, left shoulder, right bicep, hamstrings.
        It feels like I've defeated the dark side inside . Then again I root for the Sith mouahahaha.

        Huzzah! I think it's more important that you keep the 100 x 2 types daily, more than anything else. It's the mindset that's more relevant. Keep it up !

        *EDIT* : Forgot to mention, I'm on IF !!! today the hunger felt A LOT easier than the previous days.

          Dinomaniak Yes, you are correct (thank you). I generally have trouble with pushups, but I will try to do them. I'm trying to be more consistent with my routine, so developing a sturdy exercise mindset IS most important.

            Dinomaniak I'm in the middle of recovering the day I missed, I'm sorry but I am not doing 200 reps for 3 days. I'm just past my first 100 push ups (on my knees) and I am starting to get pain in my elbow.
            My routine looks like this:
            Day 17
            Push up on knees = 10 sets of 20
            Lying leg raises = 5 sets of 20
            Knee in = 5 sets of 20

            It's getting to the point I don't want to continue this challenge, I'm not sleeping at night, I'm sleeping in late and I'm generally having to force myself to do the daily routine... but I won't stop!

              Day complete - 22 / 27 , 100 + 105 can't remember the round numbers ( got a ton going on ). I feel like I have a moved disk =/ might need to pause for a few days. Also, currently on IF, starving.
              Kakarot I'm thinking 3x the recovery might be a bit too much. Should we change it to 1.5x ?

                Dinomaniak 1 day is enough. What is that image you posted?

                Day 18 = 5 sets of 20 push ups on my knees (never again) and 2 sets of 20 + 1 set of 60 Russian twist.

                  Complete ! - 23 / 28. Pups : 45+40+20+20 ; Abs : 30+30+20+20+ some more.
                  The image yesterday is about a level design I created for a game I'm working on. Completely off topic, I just thought it looked nice and you'd like it .

                      Day done ! amazed at my first push-ups amount : Pups : 75 + 25 ; Sups : 30 + 30 + 20 + 20 . My wife started joining me in the situps so that's great. Considering doing some other exercises for lower abs.
                      Changed the thread top for recovering days, it's set to 1 now. Will no longer post anything off-topic, got it.
                      Record : 24 / 29 . As usual, on IF.

                      Kakarot are you considering doing the exercise tomorrow as well, contrary to previous thoughts ?
                      Huzzah! when are you planning the starting day ? No pressure .
                      neilarey how does the tagging ( @ name ) work on the site ? sometimes it seems to work, other times it completely ignores me.

                        Dinomaniak I will be probably do it tomorrow. I thought it was only me that the tagging was doing that to.
                        My stomach was bad yesterday and is making unsettling noises today also but I'll try to get it done tonight, I'll update you later.

                          One day recovery today !!! Also intermittent fasting, as usual 8 + 16 .
                          I went to a 2 hours dancing practice, and did the extras there.
                          24 ( 25 ) / 29 . Yay !

                            Push ups = 8 sets of 12 + 1 set of 4. It got hard around set 5.
                            Russian twist = 1 set of 40 & 60.

                              Day done while on Intermittent Fasting + 100 extras each !!! totally beat, but I pushed through <3 to be honest the abs didn't really feel that heavy compared to the other day.
                              Total : 25 (27) / 30 .
                              Tomorrow is my day off - but still going to do these.

                                Day 21 done and I'm going to a circuit class in my local village, partly to recon the fitness potential of the area as I plan to start a class of my own in 2020.
