    50 pushups (Classic)
    60 abs (20X3 Dead Bugs)

    I think the left arm entirely needs some rest. Its not that difficult to do 50 push-ups, but I have decided to go on knee for next couple of days till I feel safe with the left arm to do full push-ups.
    I am really liking this Dead Bugs Exercise.. I hate any ab exercises that resembles crunch/sit-up or reverse crunch and variations, flutter kicks, scissors and all that kind.. but Dead Bugs I am liking them..

    I really like the Dead Bugs, I used to get slight back pain during the initial days, but with time there is a good burn in the legs (top part) and eventually the core and legs are being worked and I can feel it..
    My shoulder have considerably improved.. I'll have to work on slowly increasing the full push-up count.. But I am happy to do them on knees for now..

      17/18 - 100+ of each. Doing 30-35 push-ups at a time. Still, one day to recover.

      Started moving my workouts partially in the morning for the following reason : if I only do these once/day , my wrists will be in pain. Twice/day, they sort of get used to it and it feels like I have a lot more mobility.

      vrsthe1 awesome job ! - Had to look up "dead bugs" . What I can suggest is :
      1. Watching something while exercising, but still counting, makes it a lot easier, especially in the start.
      2. Don't go for higher numbers if you feel it's too much of a push. 10x10 is still better than 20x3.
      Go for higher numbers when you feel very comfortable, I think it should be only a little out of your comfort zone.

      Little by little more, but constant ^^ . Keep it up ! cheers

        Missed friday and saturday.
        Sunday and monday complete. Two hours of dancing on monday as well.
        Total : 19/22 .
        I started doing the exercises in the morning and in the evening ( their numbers usually surpasses 100 added together ).
        I think one of the things that I'm learning a lot from the exercises, is, very strangely, to be grateful.

            Wednesday-Saturday = no. That's 4 days I've missed. I had a pain in my lower left and wasn't sure if it was from soreness or a medical issue, so I took a break. It seems to be gone now, so I'm back on track and will start recovering.
            Sunday - done

            20(21)/27 - going to start recuperating massively this week.

                Did a bit of extra on the number's for tonight's catching up.
                Could've went with the catching up all the way, but instead I wanted to do another round tonight. The main reason is to get my wrists used to weight, and I'm thinking that two exercises daily are better.

                    Started doing abs the following way : I place my hands behind my head, and I go up until my elbows touch my knees. It's a lot harder, it better pay off .
                    Also, I can feel my wrists improving since I'm doing push-ups in the morning and evening.

                        Placing the feet on the ground while doing the abs is a real killer. I guess that's the correct way to do them, however it feels like weight lifting.

                                neilarey Since the website changed to have the thread's first post ( the topic ) topic in a different place (last page ) than the way it used to be ( first page ) , I feel like the site has lost a lot. I think nobody scrolls to the last page to see what the thread is about, and they're missing on a lot. I wish you'd change it back to the way it used to be by default.
