          I skipped saturday, not on purpose, obviously. By the time I got home it was late and I crashed to sleep.
          Sunday - done !
          6/7 - 1 to recover, 357 to go.

            100 - Pushups (10 X 10)
            100 - abs (10 X 10)

            29.09.19: 6 / 7
            100 - Pushups (70 classic, 30 on knees) (10 X 10)
            100 - abs (10 X 10)

            I am feeling better and can actually feel the entirety of my body while doing push-ups now..
            The shoulder pain is slowly reducing, it may take some time before it strengthens to the required level.. but it only comes into effect after 70 pushups.. so I think it is a good thing to have 100 as a target..
            Hope there comes a day when I will be able to recover the lost day..

            I have now reduced 1 program that I am doing to continue with this (hoping that this will improve my upper body strength eventually..)

              I need to up my exercises and do the ones that don't challenge my injuries.
              Placing my hands on the floor and putting pressure on them feels like I haven't stretched them in forever. The small warm-ups are necessary, and I feel I need more practice, although the injury stops me from doing so.
              Time will pass, wounds will heal.

                30.09.2019: 7/8

                100 pushups (80 Classic, 20 on knees)
                100 abs (20X2 Dead Bugs, 10 Sitting twists)

                01.10.2019: 8/9

                50 pushups (80 Classic, 20 on knees)
                50 abs (20X2 Dead Bugs, 10 Sitting twists)

                my left shoulder's hurting after 70 pushups everytime.. even though it feels ok by the next day, I think it best to go with 50 pushups and pushing it slowly upwards (as the shoulder strengthens..)
                I'll probably recover the lost day when I am able to get past that 70 number without hurting my shoulder..

                Exactly, its noting wrong to take rest and rehabilitate where required...
                I have also made other changes too to take it easy and better stick to fewer programs to get into the habit of exercising regularly without getting hurt...
                Also I'll update this thread once or twice a week, as I am logging this challenge along with other programs I am doing.. I am always there and lets do this...

                  Aaaand complete ! Felt like I could do more today
                  8/9 - my numbers are usually 20-25-30 per round, and I often lose track ( and do more ).
                  I usually do another activity ( like play a card game on the ipad or watch a video on the ipad ) so that I get distracted while I do the exercises. Being distracted helps ) .

                  Also I'll update this thread once or twice a week

                    Regular + Recovered a day ! and to add, 2 hours of dancing.
                    So I'm at 10/10.
                    Had a bit of sugar today, and yesterday as well, I need to give up on that. Cheers !

                          Missed saturday, got sunday. 13/14
                          Sugar got me again. I can feel the difference of one day of absence, and not doing IF.
                          My handstand improved a lot, needs work.
                          Two weeks of goodness so far, yay !

                            With a pretty hardcore dance session practice. Finding the IF 16+8 more difficult by the day, specifically because I start working at night sometimes -= I work from home =- , and then hunger strikes.

                                Had a lot of sugar though and disrespected my IF.
                                Any hints for getting back on track ? don't spoil the wife, I know but it's hard...
