    Sorin I took a progress video instead of pictures but because life got in the way, I may have to redo it on Saturday or Sunday.
    Dinomaniak thanks, with starting to lean out and start a second, proper workout routine (which also contains push ups) I'm struggling.
    Going to have to miss today as I have a dinner to go to with the RBL Youth Section.

    As an experiment I will try to get a video up either Saturday or Sunday.

          Day 44 + recovery:
          Push ups and crunch = 200 reps.
          I'm doing Neila rey's "1000 push ups in 24 hours" challenge so Dinomaniak is it ok if I carry my total reps over to this challenge? I.e. if I do 1000 reps then I can count that as 10 days here?

            Day done ! 47 ( 51 ) / 54 . Super tired. On Intermittent fasting.
            My now target is : recover the missing days, then move up with the numbers from 100, 100 to 110 , 110 , and so on.

            Kakarot days ahead don't count. It's the daily routine that matters, more than numbers. However I'm thinking you can put it in brackets as :
            days_done_on_time ( + days_recovered ) / days_passed ( total_amount_of_100's if you do extras )
            agreed ?

              ok. I am actually considering either a couple days off or stopping, my elbow was sore all last night, I was dizzy, I felt sick. May just have been the terrible food I had last night. I'm trying to get lean for my birthday in the summer so am going to incorporate this challenge into a proper routine.

                Day complete ! 48 ( 52 ) / 55 . On Intermittent fasting.
                My right leg lower muscles are in massive pain if I stretch my leg or do the opposite, and it's been going on since yesterday. I might need to look into it =/ hopefully it will go away soon... that's a strong note on doing the stretching at the end of the dance practice.
                After the first week of this challenge, I never even considered stopping the challenge. Only considered on how to be on time with the daily practice and raise those numbers.

                Also looking at myself, since I started this challenge, I'm a lot more productive, a lot better organized. Kakarot anything similar going on there ?

                Kakarot please replace the exercises that take on the elbow with different exercises that do not, and just do 100 reps of those, at least until your elbow's a lot better. Those still count. Again - it's mainly the routine that's more relevant than everything else.
                Also going for the 1000 push-ups daily challenge might've been a bit too much. Take it easy buddy .

                  Dinomaniak I am trying to start a routine and, unfortunately, this challenge just doesn't fit in with it. I'm trying to get my whole family to exercise (we are mostly all unhealthy) and they wouldn't do this challenge. Sorry as much as I have enjoyed it, I want to move on. Nonetheless I am proud of what I have achieved, 4400 push ups on this challenge.

                        Day 16/17 haven't missed a day on day 15 let myself down only did 40 but did the other 10 early the next day to compensate but am back on track

                        Dinomaniak you're not talking to yourself I just don't tend to get on line much on the weekend so there may be a delay on the update every so often but I'm still in

                        Kakarot hope you haven't left us completely and you can pop back in and give us some encouragement we / I might need it around day 50ish assuming I can make it that far

                              Aaaaand went to dancing for 2 hours and did somewhere between 150-200 abs , & 160 push-ups ( this is separate from the set this morning ). : so - one day recovered !
                              50 ( 55 ) / 57 - Oh yeaaaaah !
                              Also on intermittent fasting, today felt really heavy, so the last 2 IF hours I simply got on my bike and biked until it was over.

                                Day 17/18 continue to get 2 sets of 20 and 1 set of 10 but instead of spreading them across the day, I,m doing them all within 10-15 minutes. Hopefully I will be able to do 1 set of 50 by the 50th day


                                Dinomaniak I don't know how you do the fasting thing well done.

                                Kakarot Dinomaniak Huzzah! Are you training for something specific or just in general? I'm just feeling my way around trying to get in a routine, 30 minutes in the morning type thing, that I can continue without really making any sacrifices as I'm not really overweight 5'10 82kg (ok maybe I could lose a little) just unfit. So looking to get mentally and physically fitter. You being here to help me get started on that path is a great help!
