    HellYeah80, I will track my pull-up progress here and see how many can I get to the end of the year:

    Some goals to measure progress:
    15 Pull-Ups in a row. (11/15)
    10 5kg Pull-Ups (8/10)
    90s Hang
    15s One Arm Hang

    2nd week armstrong (28/01 - 03/02)
    21 + 18 + 27 + 22 + 23 = 111 Pull-Ups for the week

                                Today another 30 done, mostly in sets of only 2 or 3 reps as I did it as a finisher after a pretty tough upper body workout and had absolutely no strength left to do more reps in one go. I also had to take longer rest between sets, but I was stubborn and got things done
