                Sure, they count too. It is not much of a difference, even if they seem a little easier.

                  We started a rep count down challenge in the other thread, we have our 3rd set aka level3...
                  Just substract your PullUps (PU- I was just lazy) from the current number.

                      I am slowly getting used to higher volume, so far my goal looks pretty doable, but in life only one thing is certain

                      My personal current count: 170/3600.

                        It started in the other thread, so it would be nice if we could go on with it.

                        When I said "please log" it was meant more like "feel free to"...
                        so if smb. feels like he /she is supposed to do sth., that wasn't my intention.

                          My week on Pullups:
                          07-Jan: 8.
                          08-Jan: 6. 4+2.
                          09-Jan: 7. 3+4.
                          10-Jan: 15. 4+4+3+4. Already know I will have no bar on weekend, so working in advance.
                          11-Jan: 9. 3+3+3.
                          13-Jan (day 12): 5.
                          Week 2/45, done 50/49 pull-ups, 1 ahead, total in this series 92

                          On chin-ups:
                          07-Jan: 10.
                          08-Jan: 9. 6+3.
                          09-Jan: 7.
                          10-Jan: 11. 4+4+3.
                          11-Jan: 5.
                          12-Jan: 5.
                          13-Jan (day 12): 5.
                          Week 2/45, done 52/49 chin-ups, 4 ahead, total in this series 95

                            HellYeah80 no worries, I was just wondering as lately I have been entering the Hive in hurricane style.

                            But I am not sure if I haven't messed it. I subtracted my current count (170 reps) but it wasn't my first log in this thread (the previous – and my first one ath same time – was 105 reps). Have you counted them in before, those 105 reps? If not, then subtracting 170 is correct, if yes then I should have subtracted only 65.

                            Please feel free to correct it for me OK? And sorry if I do not always do it, I am in a constant rush lately!!! If I forget to do it, just do it for me if you want to

                            But I am fine with this idea in general, sorry if I sounded critical, I was simply confused.

                              So, counting the Pull Ups I did in the last 10 days will be 30 PU aprox
                              Today I did 3|2|1 (barely)

                                Three more for my personal goal - 8/2019!

                                I also got a shallow second rep on my first set!! Happy Dance! It was about 1/4 of the way down, so it only counts as a fraction and isn't counted above, but it is a step forward toward getting two in one set.
