      thepresident If you report the number of pull-ups you do you can actively participate in CountDownRepsChallenge, the number of pull-ups that each of us does helps lower the repetitions needed to level up

          thepresident le trazioni fatte vanno tolte dal totale, quando si arriva a zero si passa di livello, in pratica si sottrae al totale invece di aggiungere ho aggiunto le tue e le mie e corretto il totale, mi fa piacere che partecipi

                              My pullup best is 10 but that was a few years ago and prior to 3 kiddos. Right now i can't do any but I'm still working off this baby weight. I thought I'd start by completing the Dead hang challenge, flex hang challenge, amd negative pullup challenges, but can't get past 1:20 on the Dead hang - completion is 2 mins o_o
                              Advice?

                                If you can't do 2 min in a row you can safely do two sets of 1 min or 4 of 30 sec, they are just examples, you still train even if you can't follow exactly what the program requires.
                                Not even I managed to do 2 min in a row
