        What kind of pull-ups (underhand aka chin-ups, neutral aka hammer, or overhand aka pull-ups) you do does not matter!
        If the hardest progression you can do would be a bodyrow, that would count, too.

            I find this thread very useful to be more motivad.

            I returned on darebee forum two weeks ago, since the first four months of this year are full of (unlucky) injuries (i.e. between January and May, I was able to train only for 15 days).


            When I restarted to train I have lost a big amount of strength, thus I restarted with 2 reps of pull-ups (i.e. the previous maximum number of reps was 11-12).

            In this month, I have tried to work "hard". My training are base on set& reps approach. Now, I reach a similar strength level (regarding pull ups, regarding push exercises my progressions are faster and I am stronger than before)


            I haven't any specific goal to 2019, but for the next year I plan to have no-kip muscle up and try to approach one arm chin up and one arm pull up (in the second part of 2020). I think that whit my 42 years they are interesting goals.

            For what concern pull, I do 3 (part of) work out during the week:

            1) 5 x 7 pull ups, 6X2 with 7.5 kg pull-ups, 6 x 6 command pull ups
            2) 3 x max reps half ROM starting from the top, 3 x max reps half ROM starting from the bottom (with 2 sec motionless before to go down, 3 X 15 body rows with false grip
            3) 6 x 2 with 7.5kg pull-ups, 5 x 4 L-sit pull ups, 5 x 5 L-sit chin ups

            Good pull ups to every one!
