It's the one, you can mount over the doorframe and with two pair of hammer grips.

Now to sth. completely different: The shipping box + some wax crayons are already the best christmas present. The boys are having so much fun. It turned into a ferry and I had to pull it through the living room.

I'll be jumping in on this for the new year. My goal at this point is to achieve 1 unassisted pull-up. Currently doing assisted pull-ups and modified pull-ups - depending on if I am including it in my workout at the gym before work, or at home. I know I will get it sooner or later

Bar is on, 40 PullUps done, already love it.

Let's bring this one over here:

          CountDownRepsChallenge
          (Level3) 1981 reps to go

Count every of !your! hardest reps, if these are assisted, that is totally ok.

If you are interested in the weighed or time challenge visit the FullPull thread.

Ooooh, I hadn't considered inverted rows. Thanks for the heads up 'rin!

Darebee has a pull ups guide which is pretty awesome.

I'm also using the reddity/bodyweightfitness pullup progression.

Best of luck, and keep us posted!

My 1st goal for 2019 will be to hit the 20 in one go again and establish them.
I will go for the pull-up lv2 challenge. But I change situps to either ring roll outs or hanging knee raises.
Try to write a summary every 10 days, here.

140 reps for the team challenge

                    CountDownRepsChallenge
                    (Level3) 1761 reps to go

30 reps added for the team!
15 reps in the last day of 2018 and the first 15 for 2019.

So i guess that the countdown now is:

                        CountDownRepsChallenge
                        (Level3) 1731 reps to go

The new and improved doorway! Now with added pullups!

There are brackets on each end that are screwed in, four screws each all properly anchored. It's rated for up to 250lbs. So far I'm doing shrugs on it every time I walk by.

Modified pull-ups done at home today 10-5-6-5-5

It's been a long time since I have done modified pull-ups (slacked off a lot towards achieving my goal). Not totally happy with the results, but it is a work in progress, and at least I started.

This is a good way to be more accountable to myself.

I'm currently working towards my first pull-up, using the Twenty Pull-ups Challenge, starting with week -2. I'd like to be able to do 10 pull-ups in a row by the end of the year.
