      It's slow progress, but I'm working on it. It helps to have a pull-up bar at home. I expect that later in the year, I'll be reporting higher numbers more frequently as I get more practice and get stronger.

                So it's time for me to march to a different drummer (I like this wording)... For March I have to add 179 and 169 for each of the last 2 weeks,
