I just arrived at midway point and sit down on a rock to rest my knee, an old battle wound is bothering me a little today.
Good thing it's winter, I'm picking some fresh medicinal leaves growing on this rock to rub my knee while I wait for the others.

      Fame and gold?!?!

Another time? Good luck my friend. I think that the tales of our fights will arrive to my ears.
I will wait for them, but I my journey is different.
There will the day when we will toast together and you will describe the fabulous stories behind some scars
Meantime you will have to pay my meal and expensive beers.
I hope that you will become rich, meantime I can find here a beer (that I have payed for you) anytime.
See you later. May be sooner than you are thinking

My current scheduling is not based on darebee workout. Sometimes I do one to cope with some specific need

While you rest your weary feet all of a sudden a goblin hunting group steps out of the woods. They are as surprised to see you as you are so you have time to judge the bunch. The group consists of 30 kobold carriers and 5 goblin hunters. They are green, roughly the hight of a human child and heavily armed. The amount of meat they are carrying leaves no doubt that they know how to kill.
The goblins see that they have the advantage of number at their side and attack. Stand your ground and fight back!

The first post has been updated to give the rules for fights.
The 30 kobolds have a challenge rating of I and the 5 goblins have a challenge rating of II. Each individual requires one effective set.
Each of you starts with an experience level of II in the class you named at the Inn.
This means that you either require 40 sets of Lv I workouts or 25 sets of Lv II (or higher, see experience level constraint) workouts or a mixture of those.

          Errrr.
"Lv" is for the overall workout difficulty (1 - light to 5 - advanced) or for the Level I to III within the respective workout (normally number of sets to do is increased when going to the next higher level)?

And... there's a lot of strength WOs around at Darebee without sets as they do not use circuits. Is one WO completed equal to one set then?

Lv is for the workout difficulty. This allows you to only do only 1 or 2 sets which is even below execution Lv I most of the time.
Regarding workouts without sets, I would say yes, if you execute the workout that's one set. I want to keep it as accessible for you guys as possible.

These goblins and kobolds scared me, so my natural reflexes kick in and make me and my muffins invisible, I can't attack them, but they can't attack me either.
I only can cheer my fellow travellers.

I was thinking Teufelchen 's muffins looked quite tasty. But these goblins and their minions are obviously after a different sort of meal entirely. I do not intend for myself or my new friends to become a part of it, so I jump into action immediately Twisting & Folding my body into the necessary shapes to work my magic. I focus my spells on the goblins first--cut off the head and the body becomes much less effective, and it looks to me that the goblins are in charge of this particular party. Two casts of my D2 spell and 2 of the goblins are on the ground, no longer a threat.

                Left to fight:

                3 goblins (CR2, HP1)
                30 kobolds (CR1, HP1)

My next spell requires a delicate Balance but I nail it just right. Two casts of this D2 spell knock out 2 more goblins.

                  Left to fight:

                  1 goblin (CR2, HP1)
                  30 kobolds (CR1, HP1)

I think I have to be careful. This Rainbow Dragon mage is powerful and she looked at my muffins as if she wants one.

Next I pull out a simple little spell that I use Everyday. It's not as powerful as my previous spells, but 2 casts of this little D1 gem nevertheless knock out the final goblin. Without their masters, the little kobold minions should be easy pickings now.

                      Left to fight:

                      0 goblins
                      30 kobolds (CR1, HP1)

With Lucky in my hand, I leap into action, right at the largest of the remaining attackers. Sword high, then low, in quick bursts of speed, I attack. One https://darebee.com/workouts/cardio-...d-workout.html later, the remaining goblin is eviscerated.

                        Remaining: 30 kobolds (CR1, HP1)

I glare at the kobolds. "Your leader is dead. Surrender now."

Rainbow Dragon You beat me to it. Looks like the kill is yours. I'm at work and was in the middle of writing the post when I was interrupted by work stuff.

Akaal is thirsty. I unsling my hammer and walk towards the coming battle.

It looks like the mage and sword dancer are taking care of the bigger guys, I guess that leaves the trash for us barbarians. Well a quick warm up never hurt anyone.

Super Switch, Power Punch, Shaken, not Stirred, Dracarys, Shoulder Work

I smash my way through the kobolds although a few manage to jump out of the way.

                            Remaining: Kobolds 10 (CR1, HP1)

Thank you, AceofSwords . It looks like you and Lucky took out one of the kobolds and injured another.

Can we please have a clarification on your numbers there, Azercord ? How many sets did you do? Each set of a D2 workout takes out 1.5 kobolds.
