    Week 3 (WiP); 28*

    *9 unassisted in sets of 5-3-1, Day 17 of Pull-up Challenge (Lv1), plus 19 with a 50% weight assist

    Did the weight assisted pull-ups at about 1/4 speed, paying attention to form and range of motion, hope that will improve stamina and form on next session of unassisted pull-ups

              My opinion:
              If you see yourself as beginner with PullUps, I would say yes.
              If you say you are an intermediate or experienced Puller, then no.

              Nontheless it is a nice and usefull exercise.

                Then no, dont count these 40, just regular 81 for this week. I just wanted to know if we could bump up the score a little bit more but you must know that they aren't that easy, and are veryy useful

                              Did today 14 wide grip pullups and 5 parallel wide grip.

                              So for week 3: 32/28.

                                Week 2: 28 dead hang chin-ups

                                (Nearly in 4 sets of 7 with 30 seconds between sets. Nearly, because I had to let go of the bar and take a 5-second break before doing the very last chin-up)
