Week 1 (warm-up): 10, unassisted.
Week 2, Target: 21; Completed: 36, in two sessions; (1) 8 unassisted in sets of 4-2-2, plus 13 with a 50% weight assist; and (2) 10 unassisted in sets of 4-3-3, plus 5 with a 20% weight assist
Hoped to get a third session completed in week 2, but life had other plans
The second weeks seems good. The last weeks my backs had some doms
Today I did more pull ups than the ones done seven days ago. (36 vs. 24) and I fell good
In the next days, I think that I will not able to any pull ups (i.e. I don't think that the gym of hotel has a bar)
