        In a week or two, I'll go delayed. The number of reps will increase more than the ones I'll do per week. Then I'll follow the same system than I'm doing in "The Pushers".

            I'm not in the current week there. I started from the 1st week when they were in the 13th or 14th, so I don't mind to achieve the weekly number required or not. When a day I do push ups, I just add them to the week I'm.

            For example, finising the next week, if I did 35 pull ups of 49, and the next Monday (week 7, 56reps), I do 3 more, I'll post "week 6, 38/49".

            Later, every week I'll be a bit far.... pulling up on my own rythm.

                                Sorry I'm a bit late, but I completed week 4 last Sunday.

                                Total reps for last week: 80 (35 pull-ups and 45 chin-ups), all from dead hang, usually done in sets of 10.
