- If you do assisted Pullups, Austrailian or another form of PrePullUp, just label them, when you check them in.
- You can choose, if you want to do the PullUps additionally or if you count every PullUp you do.
- Log your progress here, daily or weekly. It's up to you.
- Starting with 21 reps in week 2, progression is 7 per week.
- One week per week only, unless you are catching up.
