This challenge is for those who are seriously lacking in common sense.
Take the Darebee 100 challenge and complete it in a day.
I haven't tried it yet, it scares me!
You don't have to complete the challenge in a single session, but you must complete the exercises in order as shown in the 100 challenge. Split into as many sets as you like, rest as you please, but your 24 hours begins on your first high knee.
Is there a Darebee out there prepared to give it a go?
