    3000

I'm sure many of you have heard of, or completed a 300 style work out. Well done if you have!

This challenge is for those who are seriously lacking in common sense.

Take the Darebee 100 challenge and complete it in a day.

I haven't tried it yet, it scares me!

You don't have to complete the challenge in a single session, but you must complete the exercises in order as shown in the 100 challenge. Split into as many sets as you like, rest as you please, but your 24 hours begins on your first high knee.

Is there a Darebee out there prepared to give it a go?

Ps. Could some link the 100 challenge into this thread please?

My arms and legs are trembling while I'm writing this. Did almost each exercise in one go, but had to split jumping squats (60-40), push-ups (45-35-20) and burpees (25-25-25-25) into sets. It took me 1:24:16 to go from the first high knee to the last burpee.

            Summary :

            1) A large number of reps isn't boring because of the change of exercises.
            2) It's possible to do all exercises in one workout session with little rest between them because the sequence of exercises focuses on different muscle groups.
            3) Whoever made the last row of the challenge is pure devil. If there weren't burpees right after push-ups, I would finish it under one hour.
            4) Burpees, you're the hate of my life.
Anyway, it was way harder, than I expected it to be. Maybe that's because I did it after Strength Protocol day 25 + Boxing week day 6? Nah, that can't be.
Can I mark the 100 challenge as completed?

Rathgar thank you for a great challenge! Will you give it a go? What's the next challenge?

HANNIBAL86 AoP is my 2nd favorite program (after Hero's Journey). It's like computer game and you're the main character. Your decisions influence the end and only you choose whether lands of Pandora and its dwellers would be saved. But be prepared for a ton of hign knees (they're everywhere).
