    300 push-ups, 300 bicep curls a day

    My next challenge is to complete 300 push-ups & 300 bicep curls a day.

    I'm in!! Technically I'm still at my Hero's Journey but that seems like something I can add on top of it (and I guess I can just subtract the push ups I do in my Journey).

    ​How much weight do you use for the curls neilarey ?

    Oh and could you provide the cards again? I lose count pretty easily... THANK YOU! :lol:

      Muahahaha! Share my paaaaiiiiin!
      I am using 8kg dumbbells and it's alternating curls (works your core more if you tense your abs) so 300 works out = 150 each arm.

              There are times when you have to explain yourself that you are not SUPERMAN, and you cant do everything at the same time. :disappointed:.

                            Ankur.R I actually am not, I'd like to try but my job makes my schedule crazy so I can't do more than my daily routine, and sometimes that even gets tossed out the window
