                    I did 7 sets with various (usually rather long) rest times, while making dinner.

                    More specifically:
                    - 20 classic push-ups
                    - 20 diamond
                    - 20 archer
                    - 20 dragon
                    - 20 decline (feet on chair)
                    - 10 one arm (5 each side, alternating sides)
                    - 40 wide grip (good finisher!)

                    The nice bonus is, I was feeling pretty sleepy when I started, and I ended up wide awake and ready to kick a** after my final set. The body is an amazing thing.
