    Community Quest [ Unofficial ]

    Introduction:
    This is just a first test for a community quest where we all work together and have fun while doing our exercises.
    If it works out fine I would love to do more of these.
    The rules are a first draft and might be adjusted based on our first experience. So participate and comment.

    ===
    Story:
    When I explored the plains I discovered a once prospering village now dead and charred. In the middle of the ruins there was a black dragon feasting on the dead.
    The beast is huge and if we don't kill it now it will kill us all.
    Please join the raid and make the world a little bit safer.

    Rules:
    The dragon has 6000 HitPoints and can only be defeated by the following exercises:
    * Burpee = 1 point each
    * Squats = 1 point each
    * Push-Ups = 1 point each
    * Sit-Ups = 1 point each
    * Pull-Ups = 2 points each
    * Punches = 1 point per 20
    * Kicks = 1 point per 10

    You can use basic or advanced versions of an exercise, the points are the same.
    When you post your exercises please calculate and post the remaining HitPoints as well.

    as I reached the dragon in his lair, he notices me! I have to duck ...

    +100 squats for the start - the rest in the evening when I do my regular workout!

        As I advance toward the hulking beast it sees me and spits fire in my direction! I dodge the oncoming death blasts!
        100 Burpees
        I dodge behind a large boulder and take cover
        75 push ups
        I peak over the boulder for now the creature has forgotten me. I will wait till the time is right to strike
        100 squats

          I assume we count reps in our training as well?
          or
          Do we specifically exercise for this quest alone?

            Manticore I would say that the same applies as for the normal weekly quests: "All the exercises you do in your regular workout regimen can be added to this quest"

              Manticore of course your regular training counts. As long as you visualise the fierce dragon while doing them

                  What about adding punches ? Like 10 or 20 punches = 1 point ? (I love punches. )

                      The DADernaught! The Dragon didn't forget you. It saw me and attacked me. I trained 30 days in Sparta; today I completed the Spartan Trials by dancing with the Dragon. It spat his fire to me, but I ducked underneath the flames.
                      +300 squats (Spartan Trials day 30)
                      +117 push-ups (75 ST day 30, 42 push-up ladder challenge day 1)
                      +53 sit-ups
                      +12 pull-ups

                      Dragons' HP: 5000.

                            The dragon traps me under its mighty talons, after much struggle I manage to push free.

                              Running into the cave and join the fight. I try to circle the Dragon and attack from the left. It works and iam able to land some quick hits with my spear.

                              - 400 punshes
                              - 60 kicks

                              The Dragonskin is too strong, the hits are not effective enough. So i decide to throw my spear with full power onto the Dragon.

                              - 50 PushUps

                              The Dragon faces me so i must backup and wait for the next opportunity.

                              - 60 Squats

                              HP left: 4.390
