
Beeeehold, we present you with a new challenge in honor of the infamous Olympic Games: the Olympic Workout. Based on the ancient Greek Olympic games the routine will test your speed, endurance, strength, precision and combat skills.
Run, jump, throw, grapple, box & hold the horse stance (wall sit) and try to do it all under 27 minutes to claim the badge.
Complete all of the exercises to quality and report in the comments below! You are free to split rest between exercises however you want in order to complete the challenge.
Extra Credit: Complete high knees, punches & wall-sit in one go, no pauses.
