    The Olympic Challenge 2016

Beeeehold, we present you with a new challenge in honor of the infamous Olympic Games: the Olympic Workout. Based on the ancient Greek Olympic games the routine will test your speed, endurance, strength, precision and combat skills.

Run, jump, throw, grapple, box & hold the horse stance (wall sit) and try to do it all under 27 minutes to claim the badge.

Complete all of the exercises to quality and report in the comments below! You are free to split rest between exercises however you want in order to complete the challenge.

Extra Credit: Complete high knees, punches & wall-sit in one go, no pauses.

    And have fun!

If you can't complete it under 27 minutes - yet - you can always try again later.

This is one-off trophy, cut off date: August 31st.

neilarey you release the event just after my cheat meal when my belly is full?! That is not fair!

      I will do it tomorrow...

        Why exactly 27 minutes?
Sad it's 11pm here, I'll do it tomorrow.

Also, just to be sure, you know the EC you've listed for this challenge is different than the EC listed for the workout, correct?

Edit due to invalid See Below

Although the header post says all can be broken down but the drill down says only push ups. (Fixed already)

Bikersq the order is important, you should do everything as follows: high knees, jump squats, knife hand strikes, push-ups, punches & wall-sit.

neilarey Ok so EC is once you get to the exercise you have to do it in one shot. and you can break everything up into sets but you can't move on until it is finished, mean while the clock is ticking. Is that correct?

I'm also a little confused, it says only push ups can be broken up, but EC comes from doing wall sits, punches and high knees without pause. Wouldn't the first instruction guarantee EC then? Maybe I'm misunderstanding...

Bikersq yes, that is correct. The Extra Credit is just something you want to unlock but it's not a must to claim the badge. You are free to break everything into as many sets as you want but yes, the clock is ticking. You can take breaks whenever you want to but again, tick tock 27 minutes is plenty of time to complete this. That's the average time we have come up with. We will be posting top scores in the next 24 hrs for reference... and for fun

                      I hope this helps.
