Right now, I find this so cruel. I can hardly wait until January when I'll have four weeks free for it - it looks like a lot of hard fun!

It looks great. I am with TopNotch though, would need to find some way to work it into my schedule.

AussieMcBucket Olympian was released on 12 June 2022. I am not sure what you're referring to.

Gandhalfit Damer Yeah, it is now changed to show yesterday's date and has removed all the checks for completion on my browser. I am certain it was not like that before, because I checked it multiple times. Maybe there was some sort of data overlap, at first. Anyway, great! I'm happy to have a new program. Thanks for all the hard work. Love the site!

Was waiting for something like this, just with kicks also. Wonder which single workouts can be used on combat days that also incorporates kicks or will this program be similar to the Total Warrior program that is coming. Wondering...

Damer thank you Team DAREBEE. What a great concept, a program based on Ancient Greek training.

This looks fantastic! Can't wait to start! Do you recommend training au naturel like the Greeks did?

Would love to comment on the program, but I'm too busy doing "Olympian. ".
