    Right now, I find this so cruel. I can hardly wait until January when I'll have four weeks free for it - it looks like a lot of hard fun!

              Gandhalfit Damer Yeah, it is now changed to show yesterday's date and has removed all the checks for completion on my browser. I am certain it was not like that before, because I checked it multiple times. Maybe there was some sort of data overlap, at first. Anyway, great! I'm happy to have a new program. Thanks for all the hard work. Love the site!

                Was waiting for something like this, just with kicks also. Wonder which single workouts can be used on combat days that also incorporates kicks or will this program be similar to the Total Warrior program that is coming. Wondering...

                              CODawn We have a badge ready but we're dealing with some technical issues that have stalled our upload program. It should all be sorted out within two days or so and then the badge will be available.
