
The ancient Greeks, preparing for the Olympiad (the precursor to the modern Olympic Games) trained in a structured way that made it possible for them to train every day, experience a progression in the load that allowed for adaptations to occur, recover actively and continue to experience gains in their physical fitness regardless of what level they started at.
Olympian is our latest program. It's based on the exact same principle of training the Ancient Greeks employed, which, incidentally, we have been employing throughout our training programs from the very beginning. In this one however we have gone full out. Everything is just a little more pronounced and, as our year-long field trials showed us, this is a difficulty Level IV program so you will feel the load. If you have not yet done any of our combat workouts this will challenge you. If you are a total beginner this should be in your 'To Do' list for the future.
