    Be Like An Olympian

The ancient Greeks, preparing for the Olympiad (the precursor to the modern Olympic Games) trained in a structured way that made it possible for them to train every day, experience a progression in the load that allowed for adaptations to occur, recover actively and continue to experience gains in their physical fitness regardless of what level they started at.

Olympian is our latest program. It's based on the exact same principle of training the Ancient Greeks employed, which, incidentally, we have been employing throughout our training programs from the very beginning. In this one however we have gone full out. Everything is just a little more pronounced and, as our year-long field trials showed us, this is a difficulty Level IV program so you will feel the load. If you have not yet done any of our combat workouts this will challenge you. If you are a total beginner this should be in your 'To Do' list for the future.

    Dive in. Be great!

It sounds great! I was not training every day and did not do a lot of darebee workouts lately. But I will start the Olympian tomorrow!

How long should I expect to train every day doing this program?

Wow I am so excited to put this on my list! I love the idea of learning from our ancestors and taking the best of the past and present to build physical and mental strength. Thank you to everyone on the team for building what looks like a very thoughtful, engaging, and challenging program!

FightingTheForce follow the guidelines. On average you're done within 30 minutes or so.

Is this a new program? It says it was released in 2020, and I already have everything checked off. Did you change it or something?

I'm not really there yet, and with hot season coming probably I won't be there for a while, but this is definitely something I want to try, maybe next fall?
