Oh what a beautiful Fitness journal. I personally would love a slightly bigger meal tracker portion. I truly think what you eat effects my fitness. Other than that I will happily use this!
        thank you so much!!

            It looks awesome so far!
I would add two blocks, as in 2 tick boxes that go "Sugar consumed" and "No-Sugar day" or something like that, which would be great for people who's avoiding sugar on their diets, and people like me who can't go a day without them. I also hope there's a version for those who keep up their logs in digital form.

            Thank you for your work!

I'm not sure if it could be used as a model for our online logs, but definitely it gives me some ideas how improve my logs
It isn't just for muscle development. There are some people (cough, me, cough) who like the idea of tracking measurements for weight loss and body fat % calculations. One day, probably after I get sick and drop 20 pounds (haha just kidding), i will be slim enough to use it for strictly muscle gain tracking.

neilarey Rissa I like this draft. Detail, lots of space to add personal detail. I like the idea of monthly review.

As a person without access to a printer, I would like these if they could be form-fillable .pdfs!

I really like it, especially with the measurements of each main body area, and I think it shows pretty well the location of where to take the measurements for people starting out and not 100% sure.

I think the darebee team have done a great job with this! There's nothing more I think that needs to be added and I feel like looks easy to use too, I'd be very happy to copy this template for my journal
