    Hi all, quick question.

The Gauntlet-- day 5. Squats into bent over row.

How do you get from a row position-- to a standing position, with a heavy kettlebell..?

Makes sense? Am I missing something here?

I think you would start standing, start your squat, when you are at your low point (knees bent 90 degrees), lean into your bent over row, and then explode up through your squat into a standing position. Damer for more feedback

        With deadlift
I did the exercise like this.
Squat, get up, lower the kettlebell to the final deadlift position then lower it and do a row, I keep the kettlebell low and do a deadlift to get up, raise the kettlebell to chest and restart with another squat.

          noname . Here's how I did it.

1 Do a goblet squat, kettlebell just under the chin

2 rise to standing and then lean forward at the hips until your upper body is about parallel to the floor
3 extend your arms, lowering the kettlebell

4 pull the kettlebell bell to your chest and raise your upper body

          repeat.

It's really a fluid movement once you get the hang of it.

Agree with Rupdawg . Day 30 was a challenge. The only thing to say is power through them. You'll be glad when you've completed them!

This was a great program! I started with dumbells and then borrowed a kettlebell but it was too light (18lbs), so I went back to 25, 30, and 35lbs dumbbells. Days 25 and 30 were killers. Fun times! Thanks again Darebee Team!
