    Programs Unbound

For a while now, in discussions and threads, many of you have asked for a little more background to the programs we create. Each one, from beginning to end, represents the journey of nearly twelve months as we put them together, create the logic that binds each one and then refine them, over time, taking into account the feedback from the volunteer groups that try them out. The description of each program is short out of necessity. On that page you are there to start rather than spend lots of time reading. Over the next few weeks I will try to address this balance by creating a separate thread for each one. I started with ZERO Hero because it is a personal favorite. I hope you enjoy the rationale I have provided and the background info. Feel free to put any questions in the thread and, if you have done the program, share your own experience and journey of transformation. Stay safe.

Update: 20th July. I will list each thread started below for convenience.
    ZERO Hero
    Carbon And Dust
    Age of Pandora
    Hero's Journey
    Spellbound

It's a nice idea to tell the story of the birth of Darebee's programs, perhaps it allows us to better understand both what lies behind it, as a preparation, and the idea that gave birth to the program, thanks

Fremen and vrsthe1 thank you! Some of the RPG experiences we had had were pretty funny too.

Thank you, that's interesting to know... also thank you for the upcoming RPG "Spellbound" program, I can't wait, and I have to hurry up finishing Age of Pandora, so I will be ready for this one too!

I have not done any of the rpg fitness programs, in fact I have not actually completed many programs. However it's not like the idea never interested me... I'm just very weirdly resistant to trying out new programs.

IRONBORN is my absolute favorite, I revisit it many times. Sometimes I even feel rather guilty for picking it up, even more guilty when I restart it without finishing (either because I want to start over with added weights or because I went too long without working out). Express Tone was also a very pleasant surprise. Suffice to say, dumbbell workouts are my favorite.

Scohui thank you for adding this here and everyone finds their own way of making working out work for them. Your various attempts to conquer Ironborn and the variations you add to it sound both interesting and fun and they are a gamification in their own right. Bravo!

I love this series of threads about each program. ...and there're a bunch of them, so we'll have a good read along the next weeks. Thanks for it!
