coffince every bit helps, you have inspired me to donate what I can as well.
Lilu Keep up the great work.
Scohui It doesnt matter how many time we fall as long as we keep getting back up, You got this, baby steps.
Fremen No truer words have ever been spoken, I receive so much support and encouragement from my fellow BEEEEs it's a wonderful feeling.
kandy I totally understand, I used to feel the exact same way but then I met friends at the gym that made working out so much more fun and enjoyable while keeping me accountable. I love it.

Finally there are days that I don't want to get out of bed but I feel like I cant let myself down and NOT at least do the DD but that gets me going from there. I cant ever express my adoration and appreciation for DAREBEE.com enough this place is awesome. Love you guys and keep up the great work.

I used to be like everyone else in that I'd far rather hit the "snooze" button and roll over for another 10 minutes of sleep. But lately I've had enough of looking back and seeing how time has flown and I was still at day 0, having got nowhere and feeling downright pissed at myself for being so bloody lazy. Wishing I could be well built and able to keep up with my boy as he races around or we play in the garden.

I decided something had to change. Initially I figured I was the only late thirty-something having the self doubts, anxieties of starting to train, fearing I'd not stack up or find I couldn't do it. But since I found Darebee I think I've found a home.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and I know the journey I have started is not a short one. But it has now given me a purpose again, something I have lacked for many years.

Thank you for helping one average Dad find his groove again. Means a lot.

Atta boy! I'll be thinking about your words as I haul myself out of bed tomorrow morning. I'm trying to live by the words "No grit, no pearl".
          Thank you for the inspiration!

Such a wonderful reminder of what it takes. I’ve started DAREBEE programs a couple times and always enjoyed it, but had trouble sticking with it. But I decided 2020 was the year to build on changes made last year, and was thrilled when Baseline was released Jan. 1, so I can get back into getting stronger. I’m on Day 10, and am loving it.
Sidenote: part of my inspiration today is coming from all the badges I see under everyone’s name. I can’t wait to work at the programs and earn a few of those myself!
