    During day 3, the meditation. When the time was up.
    the voice just downright startled the bajeebus out of me, telling me the exercise was complete.

    No offense, but maybe something that gives a less rude awakening would be in order? (a soft/gentle chime or something, if at all possible)
    I think I got out of the exercise more worked up, than I went into it due to the ending xD

      Basura Nephilim that's a good point. We went ahead and changed the sound to chimes.

        Oh and day 7 timer has been fixed! I double checked the rest of the days just in case and all the timers for the rest of the program are correct.

            The chimes are cool! Just finished day 6 (5 min meditation). I brought my phone out onto the porch just to try the new feature (also made for some good bird call listening)

                Finished day 10 and I gotta say that this program is more beneficial than I originally thought. Its helping with my lower back and more flexible than I've been for a few years. Giving this program a 4.5/5

                    nova_asgard, I believe it is. You don't have to master every single pose to enjoy the program's benefits. I personally have a very limited experience of yoga and think this is a very good introduction.

                            I'm loving this program. I keep saying I want to do more yoga and the 5 mins is perfect for adding to the end of my lunchtime workout or run.
