        I have a suggestion, is it possible to have timers like in Cardio Go, Epic Five and HIIT workouts that beep when it's time to move on to the next exercise? It would be really helpful with this program, especially since the idea is not to stop. Other than that, I'm really enjoying the challenge of it so far

          Zastria Try the Seconds app. I've been using it for years and nothing beats it. Its top notch.

            Thanks DrogonTheDragon, that looks like a brilliant app. I've been using the Epic Five timer so far and resetting it when needed but that looks like a better option.
