    Congratulations everyone getting to badge day today.

    This has taxed me, pushed me and punished me on occasion but I’m really pleased that I finished it and it made me realise I am capable of more than I thought at the beginning of the month.

      So close! I injured my foot two days ago. Skied yesterday despite the injury. Thought today I could work thru the pain, but it hurts alot. I have to set up a boxing ring tomorrow night which involves a lot of loading and unloading equipment. So I think I will do the smart thing and rest my foot. I will try over the next few days to complete these last two workouts. I will be busy coaching at a weekend boxing tournament so I'll try my best.
      Well said Scott Team Darebee did a great job! They have opened my eyes to 7 round workouts! I'll be back shortly to finish this up. Thanks

        I got it!! I finished it up and got my badge!! I’m so excited!!!
        Ditto what Scott said about the taxing my ability and follow thru!! It was hard as hell some days, but, I powered thru it!

            Hey all completed the program today. It's a program I highly recommend it if your looking to extend from round 3 into the later rounds.

              This program got me back to doing a workout session every evening, because it was easy to plan and quick. Liked it a lot. Thanks Darebee Team

                Hooray! Done it, been there...
                tomorrow morning 5 a.m. (if the planet is still in place, if I'm still alive, if it is not raining puppies ...) I'll do day thirty of the Full Circuit ... What a juicy delicious piece of fitnessy delight! Thank you darebee team! On my knees: thank you!

                  neilarey , the settings for the timer embedded on day 11 seemed a little off to me. For the first minute, it did do the 20 second intervals, then it seemed to go to 30 seconds/ 10 seconds. If I am wrong, then I guess I have selective hearing issues during my workouts.
