      Day 7: failed. I couldn't do the "raised leg elbow plank hold" during 20''. I could only do it 5'' by 5''. Too much pain in the not raised thigh.

        Day 4 done. Now my gait is super funny. I can't stop laughing at myself.

          Day 5 today. Tried it yesterday but stopped at set 1. Just couldn't do it because of sore calves and butt cheeks! HAHA.

          Did it today but barely.

            I had to skip working out today: work at school 8am to 19pm, then back home and off to th gym for Armizare practice (Italian medieval martial arts). I need some rest

                I had to stop the program. I could not deal with no tests between sets yet. My lungs and mind were fine, my body literally was giving out 4 sets in each time. And with now real rest days I was never getting a good recovery. Husband and I have decided to revisit this in June hopefully. Damn good program though

                    Day 10 : done (Those plank hold + shoulder taps + plank hold series ! I had to do the second plank of the 3 last sets on the knees. )

                      Lately my days are so full...there's no way I can squeeze a twenty minute's workout between work and family. Weekend, save me!

                        Louve rose I had to really fight out the plank holds for day 10 and whilst I started with regular pushups ended up dropping to my knees for the last three sets.

                        I tried doing normal lunges but my foot just isn't there yet (It feels like it's tearing around the arch) so ended up doing static ones which it can cope with using the left leg for one set and the right for the other.

                        At least I can kill my core today on day 11

                            Gotta say I'm liking this program. Most of the time when I did Darebee workouts I did 3-5 rounds. Going forward I think it will be 5-7 rounds. I liking 7 rounds
